Can't make an App right now QAQ but this is Hel after he is reborn in SS and becomes a shinigami.

Personality: Anleifr comes off as fairly cold and quiet but is fairly nice to friends. He is polite with anyone who doesn't annoy him. He is fairly oblivious to social and romantic things. He is in reality, very shy.

History: He can't remember any of it, however Hel's APP can give you a basic description of what he has forgotten.

Shikai: Jigoku no Okurimono (Gift of Hell, a play on words for his old self I guess.)
Jigoku looks exactly as Hel's cutlass did and its blade is also made of the same venom.
Bankai: Niflheim
Much like Hel's Niflheim when it is in Ragnarok mode it raises the corpses of the dead, the only difference being that Anleifr's zanpakuto cannot resurrect especially powerful undead. Instead it can take control of a person's limbs when they have taken in Niflheim's venom.
Other: Simon can remember anything about his past except the name Simon. He can get annoyingly overprotective of friends. His zanpakuto's physical manifestations looks exactly like Hel, minus the mask.
