Extended Details

Personality: As it says in the APP above, her personality is COMPLICATED. When people first meet her she comes off as rather abrasive, sarcastic, and slightly aloof. This is mostly because her sheltered childhood left her with limited social skills, and her mother's teachings left her with a slightly critically opinion of others -Abithypcritical-. On a more positive note Millie does have a softer side. Though overbearing at times in this aspect, Millie has mothering and protective side to her. This can get a bit attention seeking though; dependent on how much she likes the particular person -hurhurhur-. Another noteworthy aspect of her personality, it that she is very easily stressed out. 

Present biography: 

She is currently traveling around as a sort of peddler with her close companion, Magdeline Ryder. Millie only just recently left home, due to her parents' hesitance to let her move out. It runs in the family.  

Past history:

 Mildred Scotts grew up an only child with a pair of overprotective parents.They guarded over and sheltered her for several reasons. 

One, being an Espurr, her psychic powers were highly unstable and she could accidentally harm someone. Two, she has astigmatism and partial deafness; her hearing is fine, but the fact that they are folded downward, and the static-like noise of the psychic energy within them, causes her to have horrible hearing. Three, though not a sever case of it, she was born with Tourette's. (She actually wasn't going to, but after my friend with Tourette's gave me the idea, I couldn't resist. KindofinhonorofhimIguess? He's a cool dude.) 

After a certain event that Millie refuses to tell anyone, her parent's decided it would be best to home school her. Her mother was strict in her upbringing and schooling. She ensured that Millie would be a well mannered, and well educated young woman when she came of age. Her father taught her how to better control the psychic abilities she had been born with.They were neither the best, nor the worst of parents.

This brings us to where she is today.
